Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (boostech GmbH, Markwiesenstraße 28, 72770 Reutlingen, info@boostech.de, Phone: 07127/5600090) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You also bear the costs of shipping to the recipient, which will be deducted from the refund. Therefore, only the item price is refundable.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for ascertaining the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Electronics are generally only refundable if returned unused in the original packaging.
Products that are custom-made for you, particularly in the category of Battery Management Systems, are excluded from withdrawal. Each order in the Battery Management Systems category is specially manufactured for the respective customer due to significant procurement difficulties related to component sourcing since the COVID-19 pandemic.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which the production is based on an individual choice or determination by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Commercial buyers are fundamentally excluded; the right of withdrawal does not apply to commercial buyers or companies.
Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content Not Delivered on a Physical Medium (e.g., Software Downloads and Digital Activations)

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content not delivered on a physical medium that is not pre-manufactured and where the production is based on an individual choice or determination by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires early if we begin performance of the contract only after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance by us. We may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
Commercial buyers generally do not have a right of withdrawal, and this also applies to commercial buyers or companies.
